Prior to joining JRF in October 2011, Owen was Sustainability Manager at Wakefield District Housing (WDH), a Registered Social Landlord with over 30,000 properties, and previously has worked as an environmental business advisor offering environmental advice and grants to businesses across North Yorkshire.
