Nigel Ingram
Director of Development and Property Services. Appointed as Director of Development and Property Services on 1 March 2004, Nigel Ingram joined the Foundation after setting up Emblem Homes - the private sale subsidiary of the Places for People Group - where he was Managing Director.
Before starting Emblem Homes he held various positions within the voluntary housing sector, including the Notting Hill Housing Group, and private building sector and has particular experience in pre contract procurement and large social housing developments.
Nigel originally began his career at the Foundation as an apprentice joiner at the Estate Department when it was in Station Avenue, New Earswick.
