Introduction to our other Care Services

Over the years, the JRHT has been at the forefront in providing accommodation that caters for a variety of different needs. A number of care homes, in New Earswick, York and the surrounding area have been established to cater for the needs of the individual.

This area of the Housing Trusts’ activity is committed to:

Maintaining quality of life High quality care and accommodation Establishing relationships with residents and their families Promoting and encouraging independence Maintaining relationships with other care providers Providing high quality training to all staff

Each home has a team of Care Staff, which is managed by the Head of Home. Communication between the different homes is considered to be very important, so that the knowledge and experience available in the Care Services Department is at hand to all those involved with it.
