The housing market is changing in ways that many developers and housing associations have yet to recognise or respond to.This research by a team from the Urban and Economic Development Group (URBED) has sought to explore the influences on future housing and how these should affect housing built today. This has been done through three demonstration projects, a review of previous research and relevant case studies.
