FrameWorks UK is the new sister organisation to the FrameWorks Institute in the US. It supports mission-driven organisations using communications research to achieve greater change.

Kate is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Impact Committee at Moneyline – a social business that lends money and gives savings options to people excluded from mainstream financial services.

Before establishing FrameWorks UK, Kate was an Executive Board Director at NSPCC, an adviser to HRH the Duchess of Cambridge on Early Years, an Impact Adviser to UK Research and Innovation at the University of Glasgow, and Trustee of Hope and Homes for Children. Previously, Kate was Deputy Director at leading think tank - the Institute for Public Policy Research - influencing social policy at the highest level of government. In 2011, she was awarded a Leadership Fellowship from the Clore Social Leadership Programme.
