Paul joined JRF's communications team in 2006, and is an experienced writer, editor and project manager.
He began his role as JRF's chief copywriter in November 2018, having previously led the content team.
He is a former journalist, and has worked for public relations and internal communications agencies. His media career began at the age of 13, when he took on a paper round.
Away from work, Paul writes a blog on mental health and wildlife.
