Best practice in regeneration: Because it works

Social landlords have a key role to play in regeneration but effective intervention is about more than just investment and housing. This report charts a supportive project that linked four diverse regeneration programmes in different parts of the UK. By working closely together at all levels, the groups involved improved their strategic understanding and operational approaches.
