The effectiveness of Estate Agreements

Increased interest in tenant participation in housing management has led to the development by a number of landlords of Estate Agreements.
These are renewable agreements made between landlords and tenants of a particular area incorporating the standards of services provided to tenants and priorities for action. A team from the University of Salford and University College Salford evaluated the introduction of Estate Agreements in two areas and canvassed other housing organisations who had introduced them.
