Khem was Policy and Partnerships Intern at JRF between October 2020 and April 2021.

At JRF, Khem worked on housing policy, focusing on structural racism in housing and the development of long-term strategies to build a housing system based on public provision.

Khem is now a Researcher at climate think tank E3G, where he works on the decarbonisation of housing, local just transitions and a green recovery from COVID-19.
