As part of the Emerging Futures team, Urvi leads the Pathfinders strand of work: supporting an ecology of organisations who are bringing to life what a just and regenerative economy could look like in their places and communities.

Prior to JRF, Urvi’s background spanned the worlds of international development, corporate sustainability, systems change and impact investing. Urvi grew up in Mumbai, India.
