Caitlin Loftus

Caitlin is a Senior Quantitative Researcher working in the Insight Infrastructure team, where she leads on projects focused on building a better picture of inequality in the UK by exposing and filling data gaps, exploring new data sources, and building tools to help the sector better engage with data and insights.

Previously Caitlin worked at DataKind UK, supporting charities to be able to use data to understand their impact, identify gaps, and advocate for the need for their services. Caitlin also worked at the Greater London Authority as a Reporting and Data Visualisation Engineer, as well as a Research Engineer in social sciences research labs at the University of Chicago. Caitlin holds a Masters in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
