Hannah Watson

Hannah joined JRF in June 2025 as Director of People, leading the development and delivery of our People Strategy and managing HR activity including recruitment, reward, HR policy and learning and development. 

An experienced HR professional, most recently in HR strategy roles Civil Service in the Department for Transport and with HMRC, Hannah has also previously held international people roles in the private sector in a range of different industries. She now combines her role at JRF with a Non-Executive Director position in the NHS, bringing together themes of inequality and social change.
