Rebuilding living standards and economic security
Bold action on housing, energy, social security and insecure work can return incomes to growth for low- and middle-income households, more than offsetting price shocks from Middle East conflict.
Nadim is an Assistant Economist at JRF, working on productivity, tax, and economic insecurity. Previously, Nadim worked at the Resolution Foundation where he conducted research on living standards, economic dynamism, and productivity, including work for the Economy 2030 Inquiry. Prior to that, he was a Research Analyst at the United Nations, where he produced reports on macroeconomic and policy developments. Nadim holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bath, focusing on labour market inequalities and the impact of shocks and policy responses.
