Thea Shahrokh

Thea leads on learning and impact measurement across JRF’s work on movement building, community organising and narrative change as well as embedding a culture of reflection and adaptive practice within this. Previously, Thea has led collaborative learning initiatives on child abuse prevention, youth migration and inclusion, and community-led systems change, including with the NSPCC, the University of Sheffield and at the Institute of Development Studies. She has completed a PhD in identity and belonging with young people with migration experiences, through creative and participatory research methods.
