Jabeer Butt OBE

Jabeer is Chief Executive of the Race Equality Foundation, leading work to address racial and ethnic inequalities across health, housing and family support. He has designed nationally recognised programmes including Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities and the Race Equity Maturity Index, and played a founding role in evidence-led campaigns such as Health Equals.

Jabeer has contributed to national advisory boards including the NHS Equality and Diversity Council and the Department of Health’s Dementia Programme Board. His research and policy work centres lived experience and robust evidence, supporting system change grounded in the voices of marginalised communities.
