Jeremy Townsend

Jeremy qualified as a chartered accountant with EY before moving into industry.  He has held senior finance roles in the Retail and Support Services sectors, most recently as the Interim CFO of Marks & Spencer.

Jeremy is an experienced audit and risk committee Chair, working with listed UK companies (Morrisons, PZ Cussons and Galliford Try), the health and charity sector through parkrun, and the health/public sector with NHS England.
