Matthew Horne

Matthew is an Executive Director at Bradford Children and Families Trust where he leads on strategy and corporate governance.

Before joining the Trust, he was Joint Chief Executive at Innovation Unit, where his work focused on enabling innovation in education and early years, family help and child protection.

Matthew is a social scientist and former policy maker. He previously worked on public service reform in the Cabinet Office and Department for Education.

Matthew is an experienced academy trustee, school governor, and volunteer working with children. He lives with his family in York and is an Associate of the Yorkshire and Humber Climate Commission.
