Nassali Douglas
Nassali Douglas is the first Director of Change and Transformation at BBC Children in Need, having joined the organisation in 2022 to lead campaign transformation before stepping into her director role in 2023. She oversees the charity’s strategic change programme and longterm transformation roadmap, ensuring the organisation is equipped to achieve its mission for every child and young person to thrive.
With a background in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford, Nassali began her career as a Teach First Maths Teacher, completing her PGCE and later an MA in Education Leadership. She then moved into retail and went on to lead major transformation programmes at The Coop across retail operations and community strategy. She continues to contribute to the education sector as a school governor.
