This paper summarises work in the Leeds City Region on how major development projects can be linked to poverty reduction, creating jobs and improving skills.
It looks at the work that has been done on policy and procurement, outlines achievements so far and highlights the learning points. It is part of JRF’s work bringing together Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) and Leeds City Council.
