Graham is a Chartered Accountant who spent most of his career in the branded food industry. His previous roles included MD of Nestle Rowntree and Group Finance Director of Nestle in the UK and Ireland.
Educated in Business Management, Maureen’s career in the banking sector included a lengthy spell in management training and development, a role leading Human Resources Development, and she was Customer Services Director for a UK-based bank.
Paul Jenkins is the Chief Executive of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, a specialist mental health trust focused on psychological, social and developmental approaches to understanding and treating emotional disturbance and mental ill health, and to promoting mental health.
Claire is Director of Corporate Services for JRF and JRHT. She provides leadership to the corporate services team which includes People and Internal Communications, IT, Health and Safety, Governance and Financial Services.
Abigail leads on JRF’s work to ‘reframe’ poverty in order to communicate more effectively with stakeholders, help to shift negative public attitudes, and build support for the need to solve poverty in the UK.
Alvin is Public Affairs Officer for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. He is responsible for engaging with influencers in UK governments to solve poverty, and keeping the organisation informed about politics and public policy.
Danyal Sattar is Head of Social Investment for JRF. The organisation has allocated £15m to directly invest in charities and social enterprises. Investment is made in line with our solving UK poverty mission.
